We recommend taking FLO for at least two menstrual cycles to begin feeling the full effect. Dad-isms aside...it takes time, but it’ll be worth it.

At FLO, we follow what the FDA established for dietary supplements in 2007 called "current Good Manufacturing Practice" (cGMP) regulations requiring that manufacturers evaluate their products through testing identity, purity, strength, and composition. We not only tested for stability with our manufacturers, but also did 3rd-party testing for potency of active ingredients, adulterants like heavy metals and microbes, allergens, rancidity and other unwanted contaminants.

As soon as you sign up for a FLO subscription, we’ll ship the goods! After that, we’ll send a fresh supply of gummies your way every 30 or 60 days (depending on your plan).

If initial attempts to process your payment either failed or declined, they might show up on your bank statement as authorization holds; meaning they aren’t legit charges, and should disappear from your statement in a few business days.
